Returns
- Eligibility:
- Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Products must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
- For hygiene reasons, cosmetics and personal care products must be unopened and in their original sealed packaging to be eligible for return.
- Return Process:
- To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at support@cosmoluma.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Once your return request is approved, you will receive a return authorization number and instructions on how to send your item(s) back to us.
- Return Shipping:
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is incorrect or damaged.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
Exchanges
- Damaged or Defective Items:
- If you received a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately at support@cosmoluma.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition.
- We will arrange for a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
- Exchanging Items:
- If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please return the original item and place a new order for the desired item.
The product is not accepted back if at least one of the components is missing:
- fully equipped equipment;
- a receipt proving the fact of purchase in the WoodMart online store;
- warranty card;
- an act with a description of the defect drawn up by the service department.
The money for the goods will be returned within the terms established by the current legislation

Please allow 3 – 7 business days of processing and production time for your order to ship out.

There are circumstances that are out of control (natural disasters, holidays, weather, etc) that may cause shipping postponements. While most packages will arrive on time, there may be circumstances and delays that our carriers may experience. For this reason, we do not guarantee the exact delivery time; the delivery issue is the responsibility of the shipping company.
You are able to cancel your order with no penalty! You must cancel your order 24 hours after creating it for the cancellation to be applied. If the item has already shipped. All you need to do is send us an email with the subject line “CANCEL”.
If you have misspelled or auto-filled your address incorrectly, simply reply to your order confirmation email and give us the correct information. Notify us immediately via email. If the address is wrong, we can correct this within 24 hours.
We do ship every item with extra padding. Despite this, our customers report that around 1 in 1000 products arrives damaged due to mail service mistreatment.
